When one receives an email notification for a comment or a private note - simply reply to that email notification to post a comment or private note in response, instead of logging in to Cadet to post a response.

Alternatively, you could more clearly indicate that Users should not reply to an email.
@brian-smith Yes. Till the time we don't have this - we can probably send an email notification from a "no-reply" email address and also add a footer clearly stating that Users should not reply.
This is a minor release but can a have sweet little impact on your workflow. You can now simply reply to an email notification related to a post and create a comment on that post.
This feature will be particularly useful to the customers. At times they might not have the time to actually come to Cadet and create a comment. We saw a lot of cases where customers were replying to notification emails. Well now, their replies will not be ignored and automatically be imported as comments.
This will also work for private notes, let's say you receive a notification email when someone @mentions you in a note. If you reply to that email we'll automatically import that as a note.
We'd love to hear your feedback on these little improvements, please do keep the conversation going here.
